    4:00 - 5:00 pm: Open gym (boxing, kickboxing, mma, jiu jitsu, functional fitness)
    5:00 -6:00 pm: Kickboxing and conditioning
    6:00 - 7:00 pm: Kickboxing and boxing technique
    7:00 - 8:00 pm: MMA grappling and jiu jitsu
